Are you a commercially driven leader who can win projects, deliver results, and inspire a sales team?
We're recruiting a Project Sales & Delivery Manager for a well-established property services and home improvement business in Central London.
This is not a traditional sales management or construction project management role. We're looking for someone who can combine business development, hands-on project delivery, and team leadership.

What you'll do:
Identify, win and convert project sales opportunities.
Manage customer projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
Lead and coach a team of 3–4 Project Sales Managers.
Oversee budgets, timelines, project margins and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate customers, contractors, suppliers and delivery teams.
Drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.

Who we're looking for:
Proven experience in both project sales and end-to-end delivery.
Background in construction, building services, residential refurbishment or home improvement.
Strong commercial, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Experience leading or coaching sales teams is highly desirable.
Comfortable working full-time, office-based in Central London.
Experience in kitchens, bathrooms, home renovations or property maintenance would be particularly valuable.
