Description:

  • In partnership with the hiring managers, develop and deliver alongside the strategic resource plan ensuring great talent acquisition decisions are taken
  • Budget management and control in partnership with Finance
  • Leverage the People Portal Recruitment system to manage all recruitment activity.
  • Encouraging internal development, and identifying opportunities for talent to develop internally.
  • Minimizing the risk of losing talent and reducing turnover.
  • Positively drive and promote the use of the talent development processes
  • Partner with people managers to create a talent pipeline
  • Appreciation of employee relations practice.
  • Create strong working relationships with the People team, responding promptly
