Description:
The Senior Management Associate (Chairman Office) is a high-trust executive support role working directly under the Chairman. The role demands exceptional professionalism, discretion, and organizational ability to manage the Chairman's meeting engagements, document confidential discussions, and design corporate training content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Chairman's meeting schedule with clients, business partners, and internal teams.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and pre-meeting research materials for the Chairman.
- Take accurate and confidential meeting minutes during high-level executive and client meetings.
- Follow up on action items arising from meetings and ensure timely completion by relevant parties.
- Design, develop, and coordinate corporate training courses and program materials for clients and internal staff.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce structured and effective training content.
- Serve as a liaison between the Chairman's Office and departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential communications and correspondence with utmost discretion.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports on behalf of the Chairman.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives directed by the Chairman.
Requirements
- Master's in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. (Preferred Master's Degree)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in executive support, corporate management, or a similar senior administrative role.
- Proven experience in taking accurate and confidential meeting minutes.
- Experience in corporate training development or instructional design is a strong advantage.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and spoken English and Burmese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior executives and diverse stakeholders.
- Accompany and support the Chairman during local and overseas business travel, meetings, and events
