Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ophthalmic surgical scrub duties.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic approach while supporting patient needs.
• Enhance clinical skills through continuous training opportunities.

What You’ll Bring:

• HCPC/NMC registration.
• Proven surgical scrub experience.
• SFA qualification (desirable but not essential).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and positive attitude.
