Our client, a fast-growing business in the commercial fitout sector, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team based in Birmingham. The company works across the commercial, hospitality, and leisure sectors, providing dynamic environments for work and entertainment. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, architects, and sub-contractors to foster strong relationships and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, establishing clear timelines and strategies for effective project delivery.
• Ensure efficient project delivery while managing costs, risks, and constraints.
• Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates and ensuring exceptional service.
• Prepare contract plans, safety plans, method statements, and risk assessments for safe project execution.
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, architects, and sub-contractors.

Skills and Attributes:

• Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary design and cost management teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project (or equivalent) and Excel.
• Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and their application.
• Current, clean driving license with the ability to travel nationally.
• Desired certifications: SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and NVQ Level 7/Degree in a construction-related field.
