This role is integral to the company’s growth strategy, offering the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to attract high-value clients and drive business expansion.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, engaging with senior decision-makers across multiple sectors, and converting them into long-term clients. This role demands a proactive, dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships that translate into successful contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic sales efforts by identifying and targeting key decision-makers in priority industries.

  • Drive outreach initiatives via email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person channels to generate qualified prospects and book meetings.

  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals, pricing strategies, and scope of work documents.

  • Negotiate and close deals to ensure commercial and creative viability.

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to refine and execute growth strategies.

  • Manage the complete sales funnel from prospecting to post-sale account management, including leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and metrics using HubSpot.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client behavior to enhance sales messaging and outreach.

  • Strong presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and leadership.
