An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join a well-established financial services organisation in London. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering business insights and BI solutions, working across departments to drive smarter decision-making. You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of BI initiatives — from stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering, to the development of dashboards and support of data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and interpret business needs into data insights.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI.

• Translate complex use cases into clear, actionable BI solutions tailored to a range of business functions.

• Provide ongoing support and training to ensure adoption of BI tools across departments.

• Promote and implement best practices for BI and data governance.

• Contribute to a company-wide data transformation initiative, helping improve the accessibility and reliability of business insights.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles.

• Expertise in SQL, Power BI, and DAX, with a deep understanding of data modelling and visualisation best practices.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with non-technical users.

• A background in financial services or another regulated industry (preferred but not essential).

• A proactive and collaborative attitude to working within a fast-evolving BI team.
