The organization is seeking a passionate and technically skilled AI & Business Systems Engineer to join their expanding IT team. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and implement AI-driven and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience across the business.

Reporting directly to the Head of IT, the AI & Business Systems Engineer will play a central role in developing, testing, and deploying intelligent systems that improve internal workflows and business performance. This is a rare chance to shape how AI is embedded into the operations of a modern housebuilding company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and test AI-powered tools and applications in collaboration with the Head of IT.

• Identify and assess opportunities to introduce AI and automation into key business processes.

• Integrate AI technologies into existing business systems and digital platforms to streamline operations.

• Develop user-friendly documentation, training materials, and technical support resources.

• Work closely with multiple departments to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring scalability and long-term system sustainability.

• Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of AI adoption within the company.

Candidate Requirements:

• A genuine interest and foundational understanding of AI technologies, automation tools, and modern business systems.

• Experience or knowledge of system integration, API usage, or AI development environments (e.g., Python, Power Automate, Azure, or similar tools).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.

• Self-motivated and curious, with a passion for applying technology to real-world business problems.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory if supported by relevant experience or skills.
