Ict Team Manager

Description:

Citizens Advice Sheffield is urgently looking for an interim ICT Team Manager to support

our Advice and Advocacy services at our busy and friendly office located in the centre of

Sheffield.

Our ideal candidate(s) for this role will:

● Be able to manage a first line helpdesk function, including triage and escalation

as necessary

● Have recent and significant experience of Google Workspace Administration at

enterprise level

● Be familiar with secure endpoint management including vulnerability scans and

patch management

● Have the ability to ensure Cyber Essentials Plus standards are upheld on an

ongoing basis across our systems, devices and accounts

● Be able to learn a range of cloud software administration at speed

● Have the people skills to line manage our ICT Technicians (two employees and

one volunteer)

● Be able to develop our suite of documentation and incident response plans

● Have an understanding of the charity sector
