Artemis Recruitment is actively searching for a qualified and experienced Chartered Paraplanner to join a prestigious financial planning firm based in London. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive support to Private Client Advisors in delivering tailored financial plans and strategies to both new and existing high-net-worth clients. This role is essential in ensuring that the advisory process is efficient, accurate, and aligned with regulatory standards, while also enhancing the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Private Client Advisors to prepare detailed and compliant financial planning reports

• Conduct thorough research and analysis on a wide range of financial products, services, and strategies

• Prepare suitability reports, cash flow forecasts, investment recommendations, and tax-efficient strategies

• Assist in constructing and maintaining client financial plans based on long-term objectives and risk profiles

• Keep abreast of the latest industry regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements

• Provide technical support in meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal planning processes

• Maintain accurate records and liaise with product providers as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have Chartered Status (Level 6) from a recognized body (e.g., CII)

• Proven experience working in a Paraplanner role, ideally within an IFA or wealth management firm

• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection products

• Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and strong report-writing ability

• Familiarity with industry tools such as cashflow modelling software, CRM systems, and portfolio platforms

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing advisory team
