Description:

Aon is offering an apprenticeship programme in Client Management within the Commercial Risk division. As an apprentice, you will become a permanent employee from day one and support clients in managing their insurance programmes. This includes assisting with risk identification and providing insurance solutions across a variety of sectors such as property and cyber.

Throughout the apprenticeship, you will be part of a team, engaging in client-facing activities and contributing to the broking process. You'll gain experience in managing client relationships, administrative tasks, and the broader insurance process, with opportunities to attend industry networking events. The programme includes professional qualifications, with full support for your studies and career development within Aon.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the day-to-day management of client risk and insurance programmes.

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the broking process.

  • Build relationships with insurers and internal teams.

  • Participate in industry networking events.

Training & Development:

  • Participate in an induction, monthly webinars, and business skills training.

  • Full support for your study towards the Level 4 Insurance Apprenticeship and CII professional qualification.

  • Access to mentoring and coaching from experienced colleagues.

  • Opportunities to explore different career paths within Aon after completion of the apprenticeship.

Entry Requirements:

  • 112 UCAS points from top 3 A-levels (or equivalent) or 280 UCAS points for exams sat prior to 2017 (excluding General Studies).

  • Five grade 9-4 GCSEs including Maths and English.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Motivation and enthusiasm for the insurance industry.

  • Proactive attitude and keenness to learn.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
