Cocktail Bartender

Description:

This is a part-time on-site role for a Cocktail Bartender at Cheal's Restaurant Knowle in Solihull. The Cocktail Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining a clean bar area. The role will involve creating and serving innovative cocktails to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Bartending
• Cash Handling proficiency
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity in cocktail preparation and presentation
• Knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Certification in bartending or mixology is beneficial
