You’ll join a highly regarded Commercial Litigation team, advising on complex, high-value issues involving shareholders, directors, and companies - including breach of fiduciary duties, unfair prejudice claims, and M&A-related disputes. The team acts for UK and international clients, including corporates, insolvency practitioners, and financial institutions.

The Candidate

• Experienced Commercial Litigation Partner, ideally with a following or client network
• Strong background in shareholder, director, or company disputes
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for helping to build a regional practice
• Excellent technical and client relationship skills
• Collaborative approach and desire to be part of a forward-thinking firm
