Key Responsibilities:
Provide complex diary and inbox management for Managing Directors
Coordinate international travel arrangements, visas, and detailed itineraries
Prepare and process expenses in a timely manner
Organize client dinners, internal meetings, and team events
Support in preparing, printing, and binding presentations and materials
Act as a reliable point of contact for colleagues, offering support across departments as required
What the Organization Offers:
Competitive salary between £45,000–£55,000 per annum
Generous discretionary bonus scheme
Hybrid working model: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
Supportive, collaborative, and team-focused working culture
Clear opportunities for professional development and career progression as the firm continues to grow
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be highly professional, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure with changing priorities. Prior experience in financial services or professional services is preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships across all levels of the business. A proactive mindset and a willingness to step in to add value wherever needed will be key to success in this role.
