As Financial Controller, you will manage the company’s financial operations, ensuring full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and accounting requirements. A key focus will be on overseeing complex cash flows related to investment and trading activities. You will lead the firm's financial strategy, including responsibility for all financial reporting and the ICARA process, ensuring adherence to capital adequacy and liquidity regulations.

Your role will also involve cash flow forecasting and liquidity management to maintain appropriate capital reserves for both operational and regulatory needs. You will implement controls for escalation and reporting to safeguard the firm's financial health.

To be successful, you must be a qualified accountant with substantial experience in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management within a MIFIDPRU-regulated environment. A strong understanding of the relevant regulations and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
