Financial Controller

Description:

Mackie Myers are currently partnering with a high-growth, multi-site serviced office business with a strong UK presence and an increasingly sophisticated finance function. Looking for a Financial Controller to join their London team, this is a senior, hands-on leadership role with real influence over reporting, controls and commercial decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a finance team, setting clear standards across reporting and controls
• Own month-end, management accounts and balance sheet governance across multiple entities
• Partner with internal and external clients on revenue reporting, billing and contract interpretation
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning for a multi-site portfolio
• Ensure robust financial controls, processes and audit readiness
• Act as a key commercial partner to operations and senior leadership

About you

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with strong post-qualified experience
• Proven experience managing and developing a finance team
• Strong understanding of revenue reporting and stakeholder-facing finance
• Commercial, confident communicator comfortable operating at senior level
