Financial Planning And Analysis Manager

Description:

FiSearch is looking to appoint a FP&A manager for a Manufacturing business in Gloucester which is backed by a London based Private Equity House. This newly created role will have a global reach, working with stakeholders, VPs and Sales Teams across the world. With a 100% FP&A content, this role will be focussed on taking information produced by the finance team and reporting, with insight and remedial actions to Divisional Heads, CFO & CEO. The role will partner with sales teams across the globe to determine pricing strategy and look at order and project pipeline.

The Group FP&A Manager will be responsible for:

• Ownership of the budget
• Responsible for maintaining integrity in the forecast
• Monthly reporting in Power BI
• Presenting to senior C-Suite Stakeholders
• Developing meaningful MI to support Board decisions
• Business partnering with sales teams globally.
• DD preparation in the event of a future exit process.

Requirements

• Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Extensive experience in FP&A
• Strong excel and financial modelling skills
• MI tool expertise (Power BI Preferable)
• PE experience very desirable
• Open to global travel
