As HR and Recruitment Manager, you will oversee the hiring process, employee welfare, and HR strategy, ensuring a productive and positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new hires
Oversee employee relations, including handling disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal requirements
Monitor staff performance and support managers with appraisals and performance reviews
Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee well-being and engagement
Manage staff training and development programs to enhance skills and career progression
Handle HR administration, including contracts, payroll coordination, and compliance matters
Work closely with department managers to understand workforce needs and provide HR support
Key Skills:
Proven experience in HR management or recruitment
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
CIPD qualification (or working towards) is an advantage
