Description:
The HR Advisor will provide comprehensive, hands-on HR support across the organisation. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert advice on a full range of employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues
- Acting as a confident point of contact for managers, offering pragmatic and commercially focused HR guidance
- Supporting and advising on organisational change and transformation activity
- Assisting with recruitment, on boarding and induction processes
- Supporting HR projects, policy development and process improvement initiatives
- Ensuring HR practices are compliant with current UK employment legislation
- Managing HR activity independently while contributing positively to the wider HR team
About You
- Proven experience in a generalist HR Adviser role
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident, proactive and able to work autonomously
- Comfortable advising and challenging managers at all levels
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (desirable)
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
