This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with either recruitment experience or strong knowledge of the logistics sector to take on a challenging, rewarding, and growth-oriented role.

As a Logistics Consultant, you will act as the crucial link between clients and candidates, ensuring both parties’ needs are effectively met. This position covers the entire recruitment cycle—from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing, placement, and payroll responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strong relationships with clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.

• Proactively source, interview, and place professional drivers for both temporary and permanent roles.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand your client portfolio through networking and sales.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate shortlisting, interviews, and placements.

• Handle weekly payroll responsibilities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain full compliance with all legal, client, and internal company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in logistics recruitment or in-depth knowledge of the logistics industry.

• Proven track record in business development and growing client relationships.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Highly organised, resilient, and able to work effectively under pressure.

• Self-motivated and target-driven with strong attention to detail.
