Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize day-to-day operational workflows, ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer journey.

• Track customer progress through health programmes and serve as the main point of contact for queries and support.

• Work closely with external partners, including laboratories, personal trainers, and nutritionists, to ensure timely service delivery.

• Analyze operational data and key metrics to identify trends and make recommendations that enhance the customer experience.

• Collaborate with the senior team to identify tools and systems that support efficient scaling without compromising quality.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

• Passion for health and wellness and a commitment to the company's mission.

• Ideally based in Birmingham or nearby areas to attend occasional in-person meetings.
