This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a well-established firm, handling a range of high-quality residential conveyancing matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse residential property caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, equity releases, and re-mortgages.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to residential conveyancing.
• Oversee end-to-end property transactions, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
