Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• 7+ years experience in managing Directors & Officers claims (either in private practice or for an insurer or broker);
• Knowledge of professional and financial lines claims e.g. professional indemnity or crime insurance;
• Experience of dealing direct with clients and/or insurers
• Solid understanding of claims coverage issues, wordings and dispute resolution
• Demonstrable negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
