If you’re a keen content creator looking to bring ideas to life on social media, this is the perfect role for you.

Role responsibilities:

• Strategy development and idea generation for a range of brands
• Create captivating and optimised visual and written content for key channels
• Video content creation for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube
• Copywriting and design for captions and graphics
• Occasional on-site shoots with clients
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms
• Monitor trends, audience preferences and report on account performance
• Work closely with clients and the MYC team to drive great results

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience across key channels including Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Experience in photography and video editing
• Experience in design software, such as CapCut, InDesign, Photoshop, and/or Canva
• Good understanding of analytics and reporting
• Ability to demonstrate creative and strategic thinking
• Strong attention to detail
• Sense of initiative
• B2B experience essential
