Supply Chain Executive

Our client, a rapidly growing drinks SME that is both a BCorp and Carbon Neutral, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join their team. The company has experienced over 400% growth in the last two years and has secured major listings across grocery retail. Sustainability is a core value, and they are looking for someone who shares their mission while supporting their ambitious growth plans.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Warehouse & Inventory Management: Overseeing daily operations with a 3PL partner, managing stock transfers between warehouses, ensuring accurate SKU and cost data in Unleashed, and maintaining precise inventory records.

• Logistics Coordination: Arranging and managing domestic and international shipments (road, sea, air), resolving delays, and ensuring on-time, in-full deliveries to customers.

• Supplier & Production Support: Liaising with up to 30 suppliers, placing purchase orders for raw materials, tracking deliveries, and ensuring products meet minimum shelf life requirements.

• Customer & Order Management: Handling delivery issues, disputes, and credit notes while ensuring key accounts are serviced with professionalism and efficiency.

• Compliance & Documentation: Preparing export and customs documentation, and maintaining accurate order, invoice, and stock records.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (FMCG experience is an advantage)

• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP level) and ideally experience with inventory management systems (Unleashed a plus)

• Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills to manage supplier and customer relationships

• Self-starter attitude, comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment
