Technical Interview Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a confident, professional, and technically inclined individual to join our client's team as a Technical Interview Coordinator. The successful candidate will conduct scheduled video consultations with prospective clients, introduce and explain their AI-powered solutions, and answer basic technical questions regarding our products. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a background or interest in software development, AI, or technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled video interviews and consultations with prospective clients

• Explain the company’s AI agents and related solutions in a clear and professional manner

• Respond to client questions regarding product features, functionality, and use cases

• Deliver engaging product presentations during virtual meetings

• Maintain a positive and professional client experience throughout the interview process

• Document key discussion points and provide feedback to the internal team when required

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills

• Availability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours

• Comfortable conducting professional video meetings with clients

• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively

• Previous experience in customer-facing, technical support, consulting, or interview-based roles is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Software Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Experience with Python or other programming languages is highly desirable

• Familiarity with AI technologies, AI agents, automation tools, or SaaS products is an advantage

• Experience presenting technical products or solutions to clients is a plus
