Treasury Settlement Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a major global conglomerate as a Treasury Settlement Specialist, supporting the business within its central Treasury function. Working under the Settlements Manager, the role is focused on payment execution and compliance, with scope to contribute to key project work. Two positions are currently available, offering experienced finance professionals the chance to work within a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute accurate and timely intra-group fund transfers and settlements.

• Ensure full verification and compliance of fund movements with internal controls and policies.

• Engage in project-based work including the implementation of SWIFT systems, e-banking platforms, and managing user access and security protocols.

• Monitor, report, and review all settlement activities, supporting internal transparency and governance.

About You:

• A bachelor’s degree or above is required.

• Ideally, 4–5 years of experience in settlement or payments within financial services or large corporate environments.

• Strong familiarity with SWIFT messaging systems is essential.

• Experience working with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is advantageous.

• Highly detail-oriented with strong communication and compliance awareness.
