Description:

Versique Executive, Professional & Interim Recruiting is seeking a part-time Interim Human Resources Generalist (ID:46985) to support HR operations during a temporary leave. This hybrid role, based in Woodville, England, offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic HR team and make a meaningful impact on the organization.

The role is ideal for experienced HR professionals who are well-versed in employee engagement, policy guidance, and HR operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, manage the hiring lifecycle, and drive key HR functions to maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

• Conduct employee orientation programs to ensure a positive and productive start for new hires.

• Administer key HR functions such as paid time off (PTO) tracking, benefits inquiries, and policy enforcement.

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, offering guidance on policies, procedures, and support.

• Implement and support monthly employee engagement and team culture initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Solid foundation in human resources, with expertise in hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

• Experience with HR software systems, especially ADP Workforce Now, is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven capability in driving employee engagement strategies and supporting a positive work culture.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $40–$50 USD depending on experience (DOE).
